Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using GIF Keyboard - GIFs & Stickers ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

The App allows you to search, browse, save, share, create, and edit GIFs and stickers, including features such as video-to-GIF conversion, GIF editing, Boomerang-style creation, GIF-to-image conversion, and slow-motion effects.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. User Content

When you create, upload, or edit content (such as videos or images converted into GIFs) using the App:

You retain ownership of content you create

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any media you import into the App

You agree not to create or share content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, infringing, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

Use the App to create or distribute content that infringes on the rights of others, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights

Use the App for any harassing, abusive, hateful, or illegal activity

Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or hack the App

Use automated systems or bots to access the App in a way that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce

Use the App in a way that could disable, overburden, or impair its functioning

5. Third-Party Content

GIFs and stickers available within the App may be sourced from third-party providers. We do not claim ownership of third-party content and are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of such content. Use of third-party content is subject to the respective rights holders' terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The App itself, including its design, features, logos, and original content, is owned by Marine Delphine and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marine Delphine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to the App, other users, or third parties.
